I moved to the Mendocino Coast 21 years ago from Southern California. The impulse to be closer to nature has proven to be a healthy one for me.

We have a park-like setting around our home, which is visited daily by a wide variety of wild birds.

My office is in an historic building in the tiny village of Mendocino, overlooking the ocean.

I believe that I received the most comprehensive training available in this country, at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. That training included Medical Hypnotherapy, Accelerated Healing and Pain Control, Hypno-Anesthesia, Surgery Preparation and Post Operative Healing. I also studied Ericksonian Philosophies, Gestalt Dialogues, and special applications such as phobias, weight management and smoking cessation. Emphasis was placed on Regression Therapy, Trauma Reversal, Behavior Modification, Self-esteem and Assertiveness Building, Natural Childbirth, Natal and Past-Life Regression.
